Delivery of Cremated Remains to a Partnered Vet Clinic: Complimentary

The fees associated with scheduled transfers from all clinics are applied when a client sets up a specific time and date for our team to transfer their pet into our care.

Please note all non-scheduled transfers from our partnered clinics are free of charge.

Surcharges:

After Hours Surcharge: ANY service provided between the hours of 6 pm - 8 pm may be subject to an after hours charge of $100.00 in addition to the regular transfer/service fees.

Late Night/Early Morning Surcharge: ANY service provided between the hours of 8 pm and 8 am may be subject to a late night/early morning surcharge of $200.00 in addition to the regular transfer/service fees.

Holiday Surcharge: ANY service provided on a Holiday may be subject to a $200.00 Holiday Surcharge Fee in addition to the regular transfer/service fees.

Part of the Family Pet Memorial Centre observes the following as holidays:

New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Family Day, Good Friday, Easter Sunday, Victoria Day, Canada Day, Heritage Day, Labour Day, Orange Shirt Day, Thanksgiving, Remembrance Day, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
